1. Scope and contact

This policy explains how ZetuOS (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with studio.zetuos.com and any ZetuOS TikTok publishing service that expressly links to this policy. The current website is a product information site with an interactive demonstration. A publishing integration is not activated by visiting this website. 2. Information handled by this website

• Website delivery: The website hosting provider hosts this website and processes network information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time and security signals to deliver and protect the site. We may receive operational information available through the hosting service.
• Messages you send: If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Email is handled by the relevant email providers.
• Interactive demonstration: The demo processes text, selected options and confirmation state in your browser only. It does not send this information to ZetuOS or TikTok, upload a video, or persist it in browser storage. Closing the demo clears its fields.

3. Connected TikTok services

If and when a connected publishing service is available, the authorization screen and service interface will explain the permissions being requested before connection. Depending on the permissions you grant, processing may include your creator identifier, display name, avatar, access and refresh tokens, videos and captions you submit, selected privacy and interaction settings, consent records, and publishing status or error information. This website does not currently collect these categories through a TikTok connection.

You should authorize only accounts you own or are permitted to manage. We do not ask you to provide your TikTok password to ZetuOS. A connection does not provide unrestricted access to your TikTok account.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

We use website information to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose errors, and use messages to answer your questions or handle requests. Where applicable, these activities rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website, steps taken at your request before providing a service, contractual necessity, or legal obligations. Optional account access and content submission require your authorization or explicit confirmation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

5. Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by providers needed for hosting, security and email, including the website hosting provider and our email provider. If you use a future connected publishing service, content and selected settings will be sent to TikTok only as part of a submission you authorize. We do not sell personal information or use TikTok authorization data for unrelated advertising.

Providers may process information outside your country. Where required by applicable law, transfers must use an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a lawful business transfer subject to applicable protections. TikTok independently handles information it receives under its own policies.

6. Retention and security

We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to address the inquiry, administer the relationship, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting information is subject to the provider’s retention settings. The demo has no persistent storage. Connected-service data, if collected, should be kept only as needed to deliver the authorized service and meet applicable obligations; any service-specific retention details will be disclosed when that service is offered.

HTTPS protects website traffic in transit. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not email passwords, access tokens, payment details or other information that is unnecessary for your request.

7. Your choices and deletion requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or to complain to a competent data protection authority. Email zetuossea@163.com with the subject “ZetuOS privacy request” and describe the request. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

For a connected TikTok account, you can revoke access through TikTok’s connected-app permissions. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not automatically remove content already published on TikTok. Manage that content in TikTok. Request deletion of any separately retained ZetuOS data by email; legally required records may need to be retained with restricted use.

8. Cookies and children

This site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not use a marketing tracking script. Hosting or security infrastructure may process strictly necessary technical information. The service is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

9. Changes and third-party information

We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice when required. Review the policy before using any newly offered connected service.
