1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the ZetuOS website at studio.zetuos.com and any related ZetuOS service that expressly adopts them. “ZetuOS”, “we” and “us” refer to the provider of this website. Contact us at zetuossea@163.com with questions about these terms. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use the relevant service. Any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Website and service availability

This website describes a TikTok publishing product and provides a local interactive demonstration. Demonstration screens and sample creator details are illustrative; they are not actual account connections or publishing records. The demo does not publish or upload content. Contact us for availability of the operational product. Product descriptions do not guarantee a particular launch date, API approval, account eligibility or feature availability. Any additional subscription, payment or service-specific terms must be disclosed before you agree to them. This website does not collect payments or create a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement to use a connected service. You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for choices made through it. Provide accurate information, review requested permissions and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not provide TikTok passwords to ZetuOS.

4. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for having all necessary rights, licenses and permissions for videos, audio, likenesses, captions and other material you submit. For an operational publishing service, you grant only the rights necessary to process, transmit and display your content to perform your authorized instructions; this does not transfer ownership to us.

Review the creator account, content, visibility, interaction settings and any required commercial disclosures before confirming a submission. A request may be queued, delayed, rejected or restricted by TikTok. Removing a connection or terminating a ZetuOS account does not automatically delete posts already published on TikTok.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the website or service to infringe others’ rights, impersonate a person, publish unlawful content, send spam, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized account access, circumvent security or platform limits, manipulate engagement, or otherwise violate applicable law or TikTok’s rules. Do not probe or disrupt the service except as expressly authorized. You remain responsible for compliance with the platform rules applicable to your account and content.

6. Third-party platform dependency

ZetuOS is independent software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok. TikTok names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Connected functionality depends on TikTok APIs, permissions, availability, review decisions and account restrictions. We cannot guarantee public-posting eligibility, processing times, views, engagement, business results or uninterrupted platform access. TikTok’s terms and policies apply separately to your use of TikTok.

7. Privacy and intellectual property

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your choices. Website design, branding and software are owned by their respective rights holders. You may use the site for its intended purpose, but these terms do not grant rights to misrepresent affiliation with ZetuOS or redistribute protected material without permission.

8. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the website at any time. For a connected service, revoke authorization through TikTok and contact us for account or data requests. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations or platform requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. Any paid-service cancellation terms must be provided separately before purchase.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and demonstration are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud, intentional misconduct or other non-excludable liability. You should retain your original content and review each publishing instruction carefully.

10. Updates and resolving questions

We may update the site and these terms as the product evolves, with notice of material changes when required by applicable law. The date above identifies the current version.
